Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers, broccoli, and pineapple, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir until it thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
