- 1 cup buttermilk

- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the fried chicken on the bun, adding Bang Bang sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
