Description

Delicious Pepperoni Sliders with gooey mozzarella and rich flavors, perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 24 Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each slider bun in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliders with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
  5. Melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the buns with the buttery mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, slice apart, and serve warm.

Notes

Assemble sliders ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. Use leftovers within three days or freeze for up to three months.
