- 12 Slider Buns
- 24 Pepperoni Slices
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each slider bun in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the sliders with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
- Melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the buns with the buttery mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, slice apart, and serve warm.
Notes
Assemble sliders ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. Use leftovers within three days or freeze for up to three months.
