- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled

- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Begin by beating the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Blend the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until velvety and smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until completely combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled brewed espresso and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture to create a second layer.
- Dust the top generously with cocoa powder.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
