Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top.
- Seal the bag tightly or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off.
- Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once cooked, serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.
