- 4 lobster tails
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed meat of the lobster tails.
- Grill the lobster tails, meat side down, for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails, baste with more garlic butter, and grill for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, infuse the butter with herbs or spices. Avoid overcooking to maintain the tenderness of the lobster.
