Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine the finely chopped pecans, cookie crumbs, ½ cup of powdered sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix everything together using a wooden spoon or spatula until well combined.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Coat each ball in the remaining cup of powdered sugar until evenly coated.
