- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 cup sprinkles
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Assemble the cake by placing one layer on a serving plate, spreading the cheesecake mixture on top, then adding the second cake layer.
- Frost the top and sides with whipped cream and sprinkle more sprinkles on top.
- Slice and serve.
