Description

A refreshing, healthy, and patriotic treat for your furry friends, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup pureed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 small banana (mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Dog-friendly treats for decoration (e.g., carob chips, small biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, pureed berries, and mashed banana in a mixing bowl. If desired, drizzle in the honey and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  3. Decorate the tops with dog-friendly treats for visual appeal.
  4. Transfer the trays to the freezer and let the pops freeze for several hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Release the pops by running warm water over the underside of the trays, then serve to your pup on a hot day.

Notes

These pops freeze beautifully, allowing for make-ahead treats. Customize with different fruits based on your dog’s preferences.
