Instructions
- Mix together the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add the warm water and olive oil.
- Mix until a shaggy dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, turning it once to coat.
- Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm area for 1 to 2 hours.
- Punch down the dough gently to release the air.
- Shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan, seam side down.
- Cover the pan and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) during the last few minutes of rising.
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
