Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries carefully.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
