Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, spaced evenly.
  4. Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coating.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  6. Baste the chicken with the glaze halfway through cooking.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for a couple of hours or overnight. You can prepare the honey-lemon mixture in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
