Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, spaced evenly.
- Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coating.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Baste the chicken with the glaze halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for a couple of hours or overnight. You can prepare the honey-lemon mixture in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
