- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Blend the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the yogurt and sour cream until well combined.
- Add water gradually until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
- Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Carefully place the loaf into your hot Dutch oven and cover it with the lid.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
