Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the butter mixture by melting butter and stirring in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise to expose the meat.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Grill the lobster tails shell side down for 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with leftover garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
