Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the butter mixture by melting butter and stirring in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise to expose the meat.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  5. Grill the lobster tails shell side down for 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque.
