Description

Easy Coconut Dream Bars are a tropical treat that combines creamy coconut and buttery goodness in a delightful bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the shredded coconut and mix gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
