- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the shredded coconut and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
