Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot, spreading them flat for even cooking.
- Prepare the sauce by combining the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl; whisk until blended, then pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water, then stirring it into the crockpot for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve the dish by shredding the chicken and coating it in the sauce; top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight for deeper flavor. This dish can also be made in an air fryer or oven.
