- 2 cups egg noodles

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Layer the base: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the broth and veggies: Pour in the chicken broth, followed by the diced onion, sliced carrots, celery, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Stir gently to combine.
- Season it up: Liberally season with salt and pepper.
- Slow cook to perfection: Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Shred the chicken: About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the pot using forks or tongs.
- Add those noodles: Stir in the egg noodles, continue cooking until tender, around 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with love: Dish out the soup hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
