- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, laying them flat at the bottom.
- Mix the sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth, and then pour the mix evenly over the chicken, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Slow cook to perfection: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Finish with creaminess: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the sour cream.
- Cook the pasta: While the chicken is finishing up, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Plate and serve: Serve the creamy chicken mixture generously over the angel hair pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup or use Greek yogurt for sour cream.
