Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the filling in a bowl by combining shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the salmon by cutting a pocket in each fillet.
  4. Stuff the fillets with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Sear the stuffed fillets in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
