Description

Delightfully caramelized pineapple grilled with brown sugar and cinnamon, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: lime juice for drizzling
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the pineapple into rings or wedges, removing the skin and core.
  3. Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the pineapple pieces with melted butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over them.
  5. Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  6. Drizzle with lime juice before serving if desired.
  7. Serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes
