Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, allowing the grates to get nice and hot.
- Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and slicing it into thick rings or wedges.
- Make the glaze by mixing together the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Coat the pineapple slices with the brown sugar mixture using a basting brush.
- Grill the pineapple slices for about 3-4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the sugar caramelizes.

Notes
You can prepare the brown sugar mixture in advance and refrigerate it. Substitute brown sugar with coconut sugar for a tropical twist.
