Description

A delightful fusion of sweet blueberries, creamy Brie, and spicy jalapeños, these poppers are a perfect appetizer for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Jalapeños
  • Brie Cheese
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Honey
  • Cream Cheese
  • Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Combine the Brie, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder option, use mini sweet peppers instead of jalapeños. These poppers can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for convenience.
