Ingredients
- Fresh Jalapeños
- Brie Cheese
- Fresh Blueberries
- Honey
- Cream Cheese
- Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Combine the Brie, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, crumbled bacon, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a milder option, use mini sweet peppers instead of jalapeños. These poppers can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for convenience.
