- 1 Croissant
- 2 Slices of Bacon
- 1 Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Lettuce Leaves
- Tomato Slices
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon slices, cooking until crispy.
- Combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise in a mixing bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
- Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
- Layer the bottom half with lettuce, followed by the chicken mixture.
- Place the crispy bacon on top of the chicken and add tomato slices.
- Cap with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.
