Description

A delicious blend of crispy bacon, tender shredded chicken, and fresh veggies nestled in a flaky croissant.


Ingredients

  • 1 Croissant
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Tomato Slices
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon slices, cooking until crispy.
  2. Combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise in a mixing bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  4. Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
  5. Layer the bottom half with lettuce, followed by the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the crispy bacon on top of the chicken and add tomato slices.
  7. Cap with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.

Notes
