Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickled beetroot slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  2. Combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form into 4 equal patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Prepare the mayonnaise by mixing it with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
