- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes, and pizza sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom to form a crust.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
- Top with shredded cheese, black olives, green onions, and bell peppers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
