- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak pieces.
- Cook the steak bites for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
