Ingredients

  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, and water (or broth) in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until integrated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place into your baking dish.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a separate bowl.
  6. Cover the meatloaf with the glaze mixture.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Let the loaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
