Description
Succulent steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat, add butter to skillet, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Return steak bites to skillet, coating with garlic butter.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and thick.
- Plate steak bites, drizzle with creamy sauce, and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking to achieve a crispy sear.
