Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
