- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, then stir in the dried thyme.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Cover and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
