A delicious and easy recipe for tender and flavorful baby back ribs cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing them up if necessary.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
- Optional: For a caramelized finish, broil the ribs in the oven for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce mixture.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
