  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, sautéing until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Pour in white wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze.
  7. Add thyme and return chicken to the skillet, simmering for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
