- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss everything together, and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites for 30 minutes before cooking.
