- 20 oz refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 6 oz seafood or chicken stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 oz fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with all-purpose seasoning.
- Sear the shrimp in a large skillet with olive oil for 1-2 minutes each side until pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Create the garlic sauce by adding white wine to deglaze the skillet.
- Add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Mix in flour, then gradually add stock, cream, and cream cheese, simmering for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions.
- Fold the baby spinach into the sauce until wilted, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Combine the cooked tortellini and shrimp with the sauce.
