Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the cabbage steaks and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
