- 1 large head of cabbage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the cabbage steaks and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
