Description

Delicious and fun Rice Krispie treats shaped into hearts, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased heart-shaped pan.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into heart shapes.
  7. Decorate with additional sprinkles if desired.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, use different colored sprinkles.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
