- 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the chocolate pie crust and smooth the top.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let the pie chill completely for the best texture.
