  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fill the doughnut pan with the batter, about 2/3 full.
  8. Use a piping bag to add a small amount of raspberry jam into the center of each doughnut.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack and dusting with powdered sugar.
