  • 4 cups coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.

  4. Pour sauce mixture into the skillet with pork, stirring to meld flavors for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate cooked noodles and coleslaw mix, gently tossing for 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is coated in sauce.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
