Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak pistachio nuts in water for 4 hours, then drain and blend until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture gently.
  5. Pour the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. For the ganache, heat milk and butter in a saucepan until simmering.
  7. Add dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Let the ganache cool slightly before pouring over the chilled mousse.
  9. Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
