- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Prepare for dredging: Remove the chicken from the pickle juice, pat dry, and whisk buttermilk with salt and pepper in another bowl.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken breast in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fry to perfection: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry each chicken breast for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drain the chicken: Transfer fried chicken to paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Assemble the sandwich: Layer fried chicken on buns and add toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve hot.
