Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a rich marinade. Toss in the chicken breasts, ensuring every surface is coated. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. While the chicken grills, prepare the creamy green sauce by blending mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken hot off the grill, drizzled with the creamy green sauce.
