Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meatballs: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form mini meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs: In a large pot over medium heat, add meatballs and brown for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add pasta and sauce: Pour in pasta, marinara sauce, and water. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.
