- 2 beaten eggs

Instructions
- Brown the ground pork in a heavy-bottomed pot with sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Build the soup base by adding chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
