- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine with the steak and cowboy butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
