Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat, and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the sauce. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
