  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of garlic butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  6. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and remaining garlic butter, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, mixing until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated.
  8. Slice the steaks and serve them alongside the cheesy rigatoni, garnished with fresh parsley.
