- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and remaining garlic butter, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked rigatoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, mixing until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated.
- Slice the steaks and serve them alongside the cheesy rigatoni, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Feel free to substitute the ribeye with your preferred cut of steak.
