- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites back to the skillet along with fresh thyme, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
- Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
