- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked macaroni and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Pour milk over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
