Instructions
- Prep your potatoes: Wash, peel, and slice into thick-cut fries. Rinse in cold water and pat dry.
- Heat the oil: Fill your fryer or pot with enough oil and heat to 375°F.
- Fry the potatoes: Carefully add fries in batches and fry for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain and season: Remove fries with a slotted spoon, place on paper towels, and sprinkle with voodoo spice blend.
- Prepare the toppings: Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic for aioli or prepare a zesty remoulade.
- Assemble and serve: Plate the fries, drizzle with sauces, and add green onions or bacon as desired. Serve hot!
