  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips, then roll each strip into a spiral.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 20 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While baking, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to create icing.
  10. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.
